The company was founded in 1988, Its predecessor was Zibo Yuanfeng metal products Co., Ltd., In 2001 the company was jointly built by Zibo Linzi fengyuan metal products Co.,Ltd. and America Weir fu Co., Ltd. the registered capital was RMB32.6 million and fixed assets was RMB53 millions, in 2006 the company invested again in building the subsidiary ---- Zibo Wel-fit piping systems Co.,Ltd. with a registered capital of RMB10.5 millions. At present There are more than 150 senior engineers and professional technicians and 1000 staffs. The annual production capacity has achieved 40 thousands tons with an annual sales of over 500 millions.
